Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped from our international suppliers, typically AliExpress. Delivery to the UK usually takes 7-21 business days, though it may take longer during peak periods or due to customs delays. Tracking information will be provided one the order has been dispatched. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos, after which we will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving you item, provided it is unused, unworn, and it its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected, although bank processing times may very. Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase; after this time, orders may already be in processing or dispatched and cannot be cancelled.
